Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your Pool Hustlers account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. [If the game has an in-app option: Settings → Account → Delete account]
2. Or email earl@hustlergames.co.uk with the subject "Data deletion request", including your in-game username or player ID and the device platform (iOS/Android).

What gets deleted

Your account, profile, game progress, gameplay history, support correspondence and any marketing preferences. We also ask our analytics and ad partners to delete data linked to your identifiers where possible.

What we may keep

Purchase records required for tax and accounting (up to 6 years), and anonymised statistics that no longer identify you. Virtual Items are lost once your account is deleted and cannot be restored.

Timing

We will confirm your request and complete deletion within 30 days.

Skillz games

For Pool Hustlers KO, Rap Stakes and other Skillz-powered games, your account is held by Skillz. Request deletion through the Skillz app or as described in the Skillz Privacy Policy.
